Who will win the general classification in the Tour de France 2025 according to the computer? In other words: who are the favorites for the yellow jersey? The big favorite for the yellow jersey is once again Tadej Pogacar. Just like last year, he had a flawless preparation, unlike his two biggest challengers, Jonas Vingegaard (concussion in Paris-Nice) and Remco Evenepoel (training accident in the winter).

The balance of power in the Critérium du Dauphiné confirmed that picture. Some hope arose when Pogacar was a bit disappointing in the time trial (lost almost 40 seconds), but the Slovenian put things in order in the three mountain stages. From the first serious attack by Pogacar, all competitors had to give in and the reigning World Champion was able to control his lead and win relatively calmly. Behind that, the difference between Vingegaard and the rest was perhaps even more worrying for the expected battle in the Tour de France.

The battle for third place on the podium seems to be the most interesting. Can Roglic, Lipowitz, Rodríguez, Mas, Jorgenson and Almeida make a bid for the podium behind the big 2? Or did Evenepoel take another step in the last weeks of preparation?
