Who will win stage 8 of Giro d'Italia 2024 according to the computer? The stage starts in Spoleto and finishes after 152 kilometers at Prati di Tivo. The riders will have sore legs after the brutal Time Trial of today, but at the second Saturday of this Giro awaits a really tough mountain stage with at summit finish. The breakaway will have a chanche to form at the beginning of te stage at the uncategorized climb called Forca di Cerro, which is followed by the Forca Capistrello (16.3 KM at 5.6%). After a long valley a climb of 3rd category will open up the final of the stage with at the end the climb of 1st category: Prati di Tivo.
This famous climb is 14.6 kilometers at an average gradient of 7%. The beautiful scenery and a gradual climb will probably lead to minor differences, but we might witness a nice stage with a fight for GC ánd a fight for stage victory.
