Who will win the points GC in the Tour de France 2023 according to the computer? Or: who will be the main favourites to win the green jersey?  In 2022, Wout van Aert, dominated the points GC by winning more than double points to #2. Wout said he won't compete for green in 2023. He wants to win stages. If van Aert will not be in contention for the green jersey in intermediate sprints, Jasper Philipsen is the big favourite to win it. Philipsen is climbing very well and gets his leadout from Van der Poel. He proved to be the fastest sprinter of the pro-peloton.
